Ave Maria University and Towne Center are the first two projects at the heart of the newly developed town of Ave Maria, Florida. Located near Naples, the new campus and community will be home to thousands of students, staff and residents as additional projects come on line.
The hardscape package for this massive project required
nearly 20 months to build and included nearly 500,000
sq. ft. of concrete unit pavers and over two miles of cast
in place architectural concrete walls, planters and curbs.
This project was awarded 1st Place in the 2008 HNA Hardscape Project Awards, Combined Hardscape/Commercial category.
