The hardscape design for this mixed-use development features a variety of concrete materials that provide attractive and durable solutions for commercial and residential applications. Concrete unit pavers adorn on-grade plazas and drives while precast concrete pavers with the SRS Leveling System provide level pavements at several public and private terraces. Integrally colored scored concrete paving provides an attractive solution at the 7th level pool deck that meets City of Atlanta Health Department requirements.
