This outdated 1970s-era enclosed mall has been completely transformed into a modern open-air lifestyle center, offering nearly twice the amount of retail space with new walkways, planters, parking areas and roadways. Patterned scoring and coloring provides visual interest to the nearly 150,000 square feet of exposed aggregate concrete.
